Isaac Bahena is the firm's General Counsel and provides legal services to the firm's individual and business clients. He prepares trusts, wills, and other estate planning documents and provides guidance and services in probate and matters concerning elder law. Isaac serves our business clients in commercial law, entity formation, and succession planning, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He also handles litigation for our individual and business clients in a wide range of civil law cases, including business disputes and personal injury.
